A custom lanyard is a strap around the neck with your logo, or a word such as Staff or Visitor, so people can see who someone is without asking. We print them in Melbourne and send them anywhere in Australia. You can order lanyards from us, or ask for a quote if you would like help with the artwork and how many you need.

In short

The lanyard goes around the neck and holds a card, or it just carries the word or logo we print on the strap.
If you need the word Staff, Security, Visitor, Contractor, or VIP, we already have those printed and ready. There is no minimum on those, and they can often leave the same day if you order before 3pm.
If you want your own logo or a different word, send the artwork and we will print it. We send you a picture to approve before anything is printed.
The in-stock ones include a clip that opens if the strap is pulled hard, so it does not stay tight around the neck.
The price depends on how many you need and whether we print your artwork. You can see that when you order, or we can send you a quote.

What you get

You get a polyester strap, a clip at the bottom for a card, and usually a buckle at the back of the neck that opens if someone pulls hard. That buckle is there so the strap lets go instead of staying tight. People wear it all day at a conference, a site, or a front desk.

Most of the people who call us need them for staff, visitors, or a conference. They want a colour everyone can see, and they want a word or a logo on the strap. If you only need a colour and a clip, that is fine too. Tell us what the day looks like and we will tell you what to order.

A ready-made word, or your artwork

If the word you need is already one we keep in stock, you do not have to wait for a print run. Staff, Security, Visitor, Contractor, and VIP are ready to go. You can order one, or a hundred.

If you want your logo, a school name, or a word we do not keep on the shelf, send the artwork. We will make a picture of the strap, you check the colour and the spelling, and then we print the real ones. Tell us what you want on the strap and we will do that part.

How many you need

The ready-made ones have no minimum, which is why a lot of offices order a handful when someone new starts, or when a visitor day comes up fast. Pickup from our Melbourne office is possible if you are local and in a hurry.

A print run with your artwork is a different order. The price depends on how many you need and what we print. You will see that when you order, or we can send you a quote once we have the artwork and the numbers.

Send us the word or the logo you want on the strap. We make a picture of it, you approve that picture, and we print the lanyards here in Melbourne. If you only need Staff, Security, Visitor, Contractor, or VIP, those are already printed and ready.

Can I create my own lanyard?+

Tell us what you want on the strap, we make a picture of it, and you approve that picture before we print. If you already have artwork, send the file and we will check it is ready.

How much does it cost to make a custom lanyard?+

It depends on how many you need and whether we print your artwork. A few ready-made Staff lanyards is a different order from a few hundred with a logo. You will see the price when you order, or we can send you a quote.
