VIP lanyards

A VIP lanyard is a black strap with the word VIP already on it. You put it on the guests you want the room to treat differently at a function or a conference. It is not a VIP wristband. Wristbands go on the wrist. This one goes around the neck. There is no minimum, and they can often leave Melbourne the same day if you order before 3pm. You can order VIP lanyards from us, or ask for a quote if you want a logo on the strap as well.

In short

The word VIP is already printed on a black strap. You give it to the guests on the list, and the room can see who they are.
It is not a wristband. If you need a band on the wrist for a festival or a party, start with event wristbands.
There is no minimum. Order a handful for a function, or enough for a conference guest list.
The strap has a clip for a card, and a buckle at the back of the neck that opens if it is pulled hard.
If you want a logo instead of, or as well as, the word VIP, that is a custom lanyard.

What the word is for

You have a list of people who get a different seat, a different room, or a different hello when they arrive. A black strap with VIP on it does that job without you standing there explaining. They put it on, and your team can see it from across the room.

That is not the same as Staff or Visitor. Staff work here. Visitors are in for the day. VIP is the guest you asked to come, and you want that to be obvious.

Not a VIP wristband

People ask for VIP wristbands when they are running a party or a festival and they want a colour on the wrist. That band sticks on, and staff look at the wrist. We make those too. Start with event wristbands if that is the job.

A VIP lanyard is for a function or a conference, where a card on the chest is what people look at. If you are not sure which one you are holding the event for, tell us the date and how people will move around, and we will tell you which to order.
